1ST LAWSCHOLE VIRTUAL MOOT COURT COMPETITION
1ST LAWSCHOLE VIRTUAL MOOT COURT COMPETITION || FINALS (AUGUST 28-30, 2020)
Each team shall consist of a minimum of two participants and a maximum of three; two participants shall be the speaker and one participant as a Researcher. However, a team consisting of two participants are allowed as Speaker 1 and 2.
Maximum 20 teams are allowed to participate in the Lawschole Virtual Moot Court Competition. There will be one Preliminary Round of arguments followed by Semifinal and a Final Rounds. However, top 8 teams will be awarded the Certificate of Merit depending upon their marks in the preliminary rounds and memorial evaluation (50-50 breakup of marks).
The Memorial must strictly adhere to the Guidelines mentioned in the rule book above and should be submitted in PDF as well as Word document (.doc/.docx) on lawschole@gmail.com. Each participant shall prepare the Memorial for both sides. The Organizers will assign the Team Code within 24 hours of registration. The Softcopies of the Memorial have to be mandatorily submitted by 11: 59 p.m., 22nd August, 2020 at lawschole@gmail.com with the Subject – ‘Submission of Memorial by TC- __’. The Compendium is optional which can be submitted by 25th August, 2020.
